Our graphic design services include branding, logo creation, UI/UX design, packaging design, social media creatives, and marketing collateral. Each project is handled professionally and creatively according to the details submitted by the client. Custom requests may be accommodated depending on complexity and availability. All services are subject to our design standards and timelines.
Clients must provide clear, accurate, and complete information related to the design request, including text, references, assets, and any branding guidelines. Delays caused by incomplete input are not the responsibility of our team. We rely on prompt and consistent communication from clients to maintain progress and avoid delays.
Each service comes with a defined number of revisions. Additional changes beyond the included scope may be charged separately. Turnaround time varies by project type and urgency level selected during booking. Clear feedback helps ensure the final output aligns with your expectations and reduces revision cycles.
All design service bookings must be made through our official scheduling system. Clients are responsible for selecting a suitable time and providing accurate project details during the booking process. Appointment modifications or cancellations must be submitted no later than 12 hours in advance. Missed or last-minute changes may result in a service fee. Priority handling is available on request and may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments based on project scope and team availability.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Do not share your account access with others. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility. We recommend using strong passwords and updating them regularly for added protection.
In case of a forgotten password, you can use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it securely. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately so we can safeguard your account. For security, we do not share passwords via email or phone under any circumstances.
All client communication, updates, and feedback will be conducted via the email or phone number provided during signup or appointment. Please ensure your contact details are up to date to avoid missing important updates. Response delays may affect timelines and delivery. We recommend checking your inbox regularly during active projects.
Once the full payment is received, you are granted the rights to use the final design for your intended purposes. However, we reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a prior NDA has been agreed upon. Ownership of editable source files is transferred only if it is explicitly included in the agreed package or scope.
Design service cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking. After design work has begun, refunds will not be issued. Refunds are not applicable to urgent or priority delivery services. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if no deliverables have been shared and work has not started.
